Half or full payment upfront. PayPal info will be sent to you once we add each other over Discord and I accept the commission.
I accept $USD. Any conversion fees are the commissioner's responsibility.Regarding graphic design commissions: You may send royalty-free images and stock photos for me to work with. I will either draw a few rough sketches or make a quick mockup (up to 2) of what you would like to be made. No refunds beyond this stage.If you change your mind during the sketching/mockup stage, you will be refunded 80%.

A reference sheet being provided is preferred, but if you have none and would like to write a description instead, please be as descriptive as possible.For all commissions excluding sketch comms, I will draw up to 6 sketched thumbnail variations for your character so we can decide together which one you like best to be worked upon and finalized.If you change your mind during the sketching phase, you will be refunded 90%.
If you change your mind beyond the sketching phase, you will be refunded minus a 20-50% fee.
Fee will vary depending on how far I was into the commission. Please make sure that you will be able to pay later if you chose half payment upfront.
No refunds beyond or during final stages/80% completion.
If you do not pay, you will be blacklisted permanantly.
If paid in half upfront, this is the point where you pay the other half to me. I will send a heavily watermarked, low-res image of the final piece until the other half of the payment is sent over. Once done, you will get a high quality, unwatermarked (excluding a small signature) image sent to you. N/A if paid in full upfront.For additional accessory changes beyond the sketching stage, it will be an extra 20% each. If it was a mistake on my end that was specified in your written or visual reference, there will be no additional fee.
Communication over what would like to be added or changed during the sketching process is highly encouraged, as this is the stage where it is easiest to make such changes.If, for whatever reason, I have an issue on my end and I can't complete the commission, you will be fully refunded regardless of the stage.For sketch comms it could be allowed that the client traces over it (footnote. ignore)

Controversy (politics, world/societal issues, sensitive topics [exceptions are in the NSFW section of what I am willing draw], etc.), anything sexual in nature, human & anthropomorphic genitalia (I may be willing to take exception to this if it's an animal), urine & fecal matter, diseases, fetishes, anything that infringes others' rightsI reserve the right to refuse to draw a request or decline a commission with or without reason, even if it is not explicitly stated in the ToS.

Once I accept your commission, I will draw up to 6 examples of what you would like your drawing to look like. I cannot accept any major changes to the commission beyond the sketching stage so it is important to have grounded the basic structure of the drawing at this point.Please give me at least 5 days to complete your drawing. It may take up to 2 weeks depending on the complexity of the commission.Please do not rush me or constantly check in on me as it only creates more stress. I will periodically send you screenshots and updates of the commission, at least once every few days or per every progression stage (sketch, lineart, color, shading, etc.). It is okay to ask for pictures of the progress as long as it is not excessive.I retain certain copyright over the finished product. When you take a commission from me you acknowledge that I am allowed to post the finished piece online (eg. portfolio; social media), unless otherwise specified. If you would like anything exempt, such as your name, or keep the finished piece private entirely, please let me know, preferably before the commission begins and not during or when it is finished.You may post the finished product on your own social media and use it for personal & non-commercial projects (with credit).
You have permission to reupload, redistribute and print out (stickers, shirt designs, etc.) the artwork for personal use, provided that proper credit is given.You may NOT sell or use the finished product for commercial profit of any kind, unless explicitly discussed and agreed upon before the commission had begun.
You may NOT remix, edit, or distort the finished piece for any reason, unless prior permission is given before or after the finished product.I strive to be friendly and easy to work with, and will not accept or continue upon a commission if the client is rude, condescending, or exploitative.

IMPORTANT:I have Ehlers Danlos, which is a chronic pain condition. There will be times when I may not be able to draw for hours compared to other artists. If anything significant arises during the commission process I will let you know. Thank you for your understanding.
